
Terms and Conditions
1. Some items are made to order and made to measure, these are clearly indicated on the item pages with information on delivery times. Most made to order items take 6-8 weeks to be made. Please contact us if you have urgent requirements and we will be happy to tell you if we can assist you in your requirements.
2. Delivery on all items purchased through the online shop are subject to a flat postage and packaging rate of £2.50 irrespective of how many items in your order. We accept no responsibility for orders sent to Box numbers. We reserve the right not to fulfil orders from certain countries where we have experienced instances of fraud
3. The website operates a shopping cart. Select the item you want, choose options (Size/Colour/Quantity/etc) and add to shopping cart. On checkout you will be directed to Paypal's secure site to make your payment. This is the only form of payment we currently accept. We do not see or store people's financial details. Never enclose card details in emails to us. We will never email you about your credit card details. If you receive such an email from us, please contact us through our website, as we have no access to your credit card details.
4. All prices are in United Kingdom pounds sterling (GBP). They include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate, but do not include shipping fees for overseas.
5. Under Distance Selling regulations you have 7 days to return an item to us. Distance Selling Regulations apply to the following items only:

Bloomers
Earrings are non returnable or refundable under hygiene rules.
Any orders that are made to measure such as costumes, corsets, and bespoke orders are non returnable and non refundable, and are not covered under distance selling regulations.
6. Returns are sent to us at the customer's own expense and risk. We recommend you return to us via an insured service to cover loss and damage in transit to us, which we cannot be held liable.
All customers should ensure their return contains their name, address, order number and a brief note about the return.
Non-European Union customers should also ensure that their return parcel is clearly marked RETURNED GOODS or GOODS FOR EXCHANGE as otherwise Customs duty and local tax becomes payable. If this occurs we will refuse to accept the return package.
7. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or delay delivery of an order without being liable for any loss or damage if the supply of the goods is prevented or delayed for circumstances beyond our control.
8. If you have questions about an item please contact us before you order, we are happy to help. Our exchange and returns policy is designed to protect our customers and keep our costs and consequent prices down.
9. Please be aware that your own country's Customs may impose local taxes or import duty, for which we are not liable for.
